Keeping your vehicle cool during the summer months is important. You will want to make sure that the coolant levels are always topped off. If you notice that the reservoir has a lower amount in it, there could be a leak in the vehicle somewhere. You will want to always check that each fluid reservoir is topped off and to the correct amount. This even includes the oil of the vehicle. It is always recommended to bring your vehicle in for the proper maintenance schedule. This can be found in the vehicle owner’s manual, or we can advise on when the schedule should be. If there is an issue between appointments, make sure to contact us.

Besides keeping your car cool, you will also want to keep a cool head. Remember to drive with caution and safety. You will want to leave at least three car lengths between you and the vehicle in front of you as you drive. This will allow you enough time to brake and stop incase they slam on the brakes. Also drive the speed limit. This will help you to maintain the best control of your vehicle. If someone cuts in front of you, remember to keep calm and drive safely and efficiently. This will help prevent an accident by staying calm. You will always want to avoid road rage.

The cabin of the vehicle should also be comfortable and cool for everyone. Check the air conditioner to ensure that it is working, and that all speeds of the fan are as well. If you notice that the air is no longer cool when blowing out, you will want to bring the vehicle in so we can inspect and test the air conditioner for you. Keeping your vehicle cool and comfortable will also help keep you and your passengers comfortable as well.
