Your vehicle will require regular maintenance and inspections for it. This always helps keep it in the best condition possible when you drive. If you are curious of how often these should be done, you can do one of two things. You can either look in the owner’s manual, or you can contact us. We can help to advise you on when the vehicle should be in for an inspection. Also, different areas of the vehicle will need maintenance throughout the time you have it. Rotating the tires, oil changes, fluid flushes, and wiper replacements are all on a different schedule for maintenance.

An Oil Change

Always follow the recommended oil change schedule. This will help to ensure that the engine and all moving parts are properly lubricated when the vehicle operates. This will also help prevent any addition wear and tear that might occur to it. Having proper oil in the vehicle will also reduce the chance of the engine seizing up or stop working altogether. Changing the oil includes removing oil that is thicker and has gunk in it. The new, clean oil will then replace it. Making everything smoother to operate. The engine will also be more efficient.

Other Fluids

When the oil is changed, you may also want to check the other fluids in your vehicle as well. Certain ones can benefit from having a fluid flush. This allows us to empty out the reservoir of old or built up fluid. Then when it is removed, new clean fluid will replace it. We will top off the reservoir to ensure the vehicle has the appropriate amount for each fluid. If you do notice that one may be leaking more often, make sure that you bring it to our attention so we can inspect the issue for you. Doing so will help you reduce the chance of an unexpected breakdown or problem with a component.
