Summer

The tires should always be in the best condition possible. This will prevent further issues from happening to the tires and also your vehicle. You will want to check each tire on the vehicle, as well as checking the spare tire. When the tires are inspected, the air pressure, tread wear, and overall condition should be checked. We can check the tires to help ensure everything is the best that it can be for each tire. If there is an issue, we can alert you to it. We can also repair the tire if it is possible. This way the tires can stay in the best condition.

The tread is a part of the tire that needs to be inspected on a regular basis. Doing so provides several benefits. The tread is essentially the grip of the tire. When the grip is at the proper amount, it will handle better on the road. This happens if the roads are wet or slick. If you notice the vehicle sways or travels incorrectly, it can indicate that the tread is low on at least one tire. Place a penny upside down in one of the tread grooves. When you do this, if you can see the top of Lincoln’s head, then the tread is too low.

You should always remember to check the spare tire for your vehicle. The spare will not be needed until something major happens to one of the other tires. If you are driving on the road and the tire blows out, you will need the spare tire to drive on until the regular tire is fixed. The air pressure is always important for the spare. Also have it inspected to ensure there is not any damage to it. When you need to use the spare, you will also want to check to make sure you have a jack and all the proper equipment and tools you need to change the tire.
